Some of the supplementaries reflect new money; for example, the roads budget change is new money in the roads budget; it is not a carry-over from an underspend last year.This money in the urban programme is also new money.

Because Dunoon's local hospital has been much downgraded, it relies heavily on Inverclyde. North Argyll and some of Argyll's 26 inhabited islands depend on Lorne and the Isles hospital in Oban, the Vale of Leven hospital and other hospitals in Glasgow and Paisley.

Bridge of Earn is a community with a growing population where a substantial number of new houses are planned. There would be clear environmental benefits in providing a new station at Bridge of Earn.

That would make the most of those visits. Absolutely. One of the reasons why we had a formal meeting was to ensure that we had minutes and therefore could report back to our respective Assemblies and Parliaments, so that the good practice would be on record.
