Representations were received in September and October 2002 from a member of the public about parking restrictions imposed at a Hospital during a visit in September 2002 by a member of the Royal Family.
We considered all the possible models for the new Scottish Water, which was formed from three existing water companies, and decided that the public sector model would deliver best.
