Delegated powers provisions in the Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill after Stage 2 - Supplementary Delegated Powers

The Supplementary DPM states at paragraph 26 that the provision was changed to remove the requirement for electronic documents to be authenticated using advanced or qualified electronic signature so a simple electronic signature can be used.
