Official Report Meeting date: 17 December 2002

Public Petitions Committee, 17 Dec 2002

To be fair, I note that Malcolm Chisholm acknowledges that a problem exists. The question is how best to address it. The petition was lodged before I had my meeting with Malcolm Chisholm, but we have not withdrawn it because we want to keep up the pressure on the minister to do what he considers best, whether that is to amend the act or issue new and different guidance.
Official Report Meeting date: 1 February 2000

Justice and Home Affairs Committee, 01 Feb 2000

I have a question, although I am not sure whether this is the best time to raise it. Under powers of attorney, certain persons can be excluded if they are next of kin, for reasons of deemed unsuitability.

Subordinate Legislation Committee, 06 Dec 2005

Audit Committee, 08 Jun 2004

Items in Private I draw to order the Audit Committee's 12th meeting of 2004, to which I am pleased to welcome the Auditor General for Scotland and his team from Audit Scotland, as well as visiting clerks from the National Assembly for Wales, who will observe our proceedings.
Official Report Meeting date: 28 January 2004

Plenary, 28 Jan 2004

This is further to the point of order that was raised earlier by Carolyn Leckie, on the visit of a dignitary to the Scottish Parliament.
Official Report Meeting date: 3 September 2002

Education, Culture and Sport Committee, 03 Sep 2002

Thank you, Christine. You will hope that every visit to the committee is as easy as this one.
Official Report Meeting date: 30 October 2001

Rural Development Committee, 30 Oct 2001

On that note, I remind members that the deadline for lodging amendments for next week's meeting, which will not proceed beyond section 3, is 2 pm on Friday 2 November, but I urge members to try their best to get their amendments lodged on Wednesday or Thursday at the very latest.
Official Report Meeting date: 24 April 2006

Glasgow Airport Rail Link Bill Committee, 24 Apr 2006
