To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has on the level of funding devoted to infertility services by each health board. The latest available figures on amounts spent by Health Boards on infertility services are given in the report of the Expert Advisory Group on Infertility Services in Scotland, which was published in February 2000.

The Scottish Executive does not forecast inflation. For reference, the latest HM Treasury forecast for inflation, covering the period to 2003, was published in Building Long-Term Prosperity for All: Pre-Budget Report (November 2000).
The Conservatives would take more and more power to the centre; we want the opposite of that. We want to take new approaches, such as the new community schools, and we want new approaches on alternatives to exclusion.

The grantee is informed in advance of the visit and is provided with a copy of the checklistto be completed by the PME during the visit.Feedback is given during the visit and any issues are discussed with the grantee.
Privacy is one aspect that is still being considered by the commissioner's office and the Parliament's legal advisers. The latest information that we have is that most reports would be about the process rather than about the individuals involved in the process.
The age profile of our farming communities is a worry. However, I hope that the new tenancy arrangements will make it easier for new entrants to get into farming.
