The Grampian police advice to motorists was not to travel unless the journey was absolutely necessary and, in those circumstances, we felt it inappropriate to ask witnesses, the public, staff and members to make the visit. We will reschedule all the water witnesses to ensure that we hear evidence from everyone from whom we were going to hear in Aberdeen.
