I am not yet responsible for the spending programme for roads in north Wales, but I recognise the force of Mr Morgan's point. Eight overtaking schemes are currently in place on the A75 and A77, and Mr Morgan will recognise that that is one of the largest commitments among the schemes available in any part of Scotland.
