Charities Reorganisation (Scotland) Regulations 2007 (SSI 2007/204) We asked the Executive to explain whether it is intended that the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator's obligation in regulation 6(3) to send a copy of its decision to"any person that has sent it a notice of objection"extends to those objectors who have sent such a notice that arrives at OSCR after the latest date for receipt of objections.
