To ask the Scottish Executive whether One Parent Families Scotland will be treated on the same basis as other groups named in the Ministerial Statement by the Deputy First Minister and Minister for Justice on 20 January 2000 in relation to applications for funding from the new statutory grant scheme. The boundaries of the new statutory grant scheme which I announced in my statement of 20 January will be set out in the White Paper which I intend to issue in May.
