To ask the Scottish Executive whether there are any legal issues which would prevent the introduction of a tenant farmer’s right to buy where the tenant’s landlord lives, or is based, outwith Scotland.
Young athletes, who are often from deprived areas, frequently need help to buy the kit. Do members know how much it costs to buy ice hockey kit—for those who happen to live around Ayr or Kirkcaldy?
Obviously, that is not an exclusive list of our issues but we want to deal with part 2, on victims' rights, and part 7, on the physical punishment of children and the youth crime pilot study.
We will now discuss the St Andrew's Day Bank Holiday (Scotland) Bill. Paper EC/S2/05/26/3, in my name, with some ideas and options, has been circulated.
