What is the point of the announcement yesterday by the national lottery of £87 million to tackle obesity and to encourage young people to get outdoors when the bill includes a provision that takes social exclusion to a new level?
I do not know how we get it to work completely, but we will certainly try as hard as we can.I do not want to be responsible for the minister missing a Cabinet meeting—perhaps somebody will nick in and get some money that he was not very keen to give them.
