I am sure that other members in the chamber would attest to a rather overzealous approach by SEPA and perhaps regard this as a welcome counterbalance to that. Nevertheless, the point that Roseanna Cunningham makes is a serious one, and if what she says is the case I would be happy to receive any representations that she wants to make on the matter.

As I said, in considering any proposals for significant service change that are made by NHS Lanarkshire, I will consider all aspects of the consultation and the case that the board makes, including the financial aspects. I reiterate the point that NHS Lanarkshire has made clear publicly: its proposals are not driven by financial considerations.

I am more than happy to speak to Kate Maclean in more detail about what might be done in Dundee, but I would have thought that the work that is going on around the harbour in Dundee—particularly around Discovery Point—might, in the fullness of time, attract visitors to Dundee from cruise liners.
