To ask the Scottish Executive whether are any plans to introduce new legislation in order that local authorities can carry out notification of neighbours in relation to planning applications.
That is all that the public see, as the news media have decided that First Minister's question time is the most interesting item that should be shown on news bulletins.
Paragraph 22 on page 24 of your submission suggests that through concentrating on priorities and strategic themes, methods of allocating new funding will be considered. Does that mean that the theme groups will primarily consider new funding, or will they address the main funding?
