Parliamentary democracy is under attack from the current London Government and the bill should not be supported by anyone in any way. We will make sure that we get that noted, Stewart. Just so that you know, I should point out that, since the committee papers were issued, the Executive has accepted that the reference to article 10(2) of the Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Statutory Instruments) Order 1999 (SI 1999/1096) in proposed new paragraph 2C(c) of schedule 2 to the European Communities Act 1972 is incorrect, and the drafter has been instructed accordingly.
