Convener's Report The final agenda item is to inform the committee that Robin Cook is bringing the Select Committee on Modernisation of the House of Commons on a visit to the Scottish Parliament on 4 March.
I agree that there should be guidance on this matter. The bullet points in paragraph 26 seem eminently sensible. So members are happy with paragraphs 25 to 28.Members indicated agreement.
