How this will impact on employment will depend on how new contractors operate. However, I expect the TUPE Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations to apply.
The forum should be one of the cornerstones of our new Scottish politics and I hope that we are serious about supporting the concept of participation and promoting and facilitating public engagement with the work of the Parliament.
