Alternatively, we can vote for a policy that involves a national strategy that ensures that the right decisions are made one at a time throughout Scotland and carefully considered by the minister when he has to do so, but which at all times recognises that the world is changing round us and that we can use new technologies to save lives and the new skills of nurses, doctors, consultants and many others to ensure that our health service is far better than it was when that lot—the Conservatives—were in charge.
