We may yet get a conclusion.I give the committee those brief details as a practical illustration of the difficulties that remain in the system of ownership in Scotland. In particular, I point out the lack of any requirement for a foreign owner to have a resident representative and the lack, for historical reasons, of clarity about where ownership lies.
