To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will specify a minimum megabyte capacity for telecommunications infrastructure in new residential buildings and, if so, what this capacity will be.
To ask the Scottish Executive when it expects to receive an invitation to the official opening of the new Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. There are, as yet, no plans for an official opening of the new Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
The Scottish Prison Service's response was that one new prison has no completion date until the contract is awarded "in due course", and that one new prison is now under the planning appeal process, which could take some considerable time.
Although we have previously considered sentencing policy, we have not done so in respect of young people; we have not considered Christmas opening hours; and we have not considered the sportscotland consultation. Those were all new issues for us, but this petition does not raise a new issue.
For example, the SNP's dogmatic approach to the private finance initiative would result in our simply not having new nursery or primary school buildings.
I was relieved that Colin Campbell did not update us on the SNP's latest position on chemical warfare and am delighted that he did not mention the conscription scheme that is supported in the SNP's beloved Norway.
