We will have to examine such matters in some detail. Would not the best regulatory regime be the law? It is clear that proposed new section 226D(3) of the 1995 act would permit the seizing of a third-party asset.
However, those are the major points that we picked out and which we thought would fit best with the direction in which Scottish policy is moving on the issues.
