As Jim Mather knows, HITRANS has already done a considerable amount of work on that, which shows that there is no doubt that the introduction of PSOs would have significant economic benefit. My priority is to get on and get the new services and the PSO network in place to ensure that fares are more affordable, so that we get tangible benefits, rather than estimated or calculated benefits.
