The Healthcare (International Arrangements) Bill 2017-19 was introduced in the House of Commons on 26 October 2018.
The Bill is one of a series of “Brexit Bills” intended to adjust UK legislation for Brexit.
Since the procedure was introduced in September 2018, it has been used once, by Ross Greer MSP on 26 September 2018, to request a debate on eviction threats against asylum seekers in Glasgow.
Within that total, between the 2021-22 and the 2025-26 financial years, there is about £281 million in voted loans for new vessel investment through CMAL.
We are already delivering 11 benefits, seven of which are new. These include the first major disability benefit, Child Disability Payment, which launched as a pilot on 26 July and will roll out across Scotland on 22 November 2021.
