Members then asked how facilitation of visits would work in practice, given that Regulation 3 does not explicitly define terms such as "external visits".
The Bill, which is arranged in four Parts, extends to 26 sections and two schedules. • Part 1 provides for a Scottish Pubs Code to be contained in regulations made under the new Act, and for the establishment of a Scottish Pubs Code Adjudicator.
These provisions are contained in proposed new sections 8H and 8I of the 2004 Act (inserted by section 7 of the Bill), new section 8P (inserted by section 8), and new sections 8R and 8S (inserted by section 9).

As detailed in the answer to question S4W-22205 on 26 August 2014, this decision does not affect the proposals for funding renewables set out in Scotland’s Future.
As part of that work, VisitScotland is carrying out a basic assessment of accessibility actions during its quality assurance visits and is developing new guides on inclusive events and inclusive design to support building refurbishment and development, and an inclusive communications guide.
