I am saying that we must respect that.It might be helpful, under paragraphs 7 and 8, to make the point that the Executive published a revised version of the bill and took longer to consult parents because of its recognition of parents' concerns.
I will move it, because it fits in with amendment 26. I think that we need to support the changes that have been made by amendment 26 with the provisions in amendment 27.
We think that people there have taken the right decision, as they are going to be able to unlock a huge amount of funding. As he mentioned, some 300 new homes in the Western Isles is good news.
