I visited Andrew Bradford back in 2000, which I am sure was long before David Davidson visited him.Landowners want to retain ownership of housing, so the way in which to address the issue of affordable housing is quite often to allow people to buy affordable housing and not simply to make available rented accommodation.I want to raise another issue that will impact on the Scottish budget, which is the future of regional funding.
