It was suggested that credit cards or phone cards could be used in them, and that would allow people to make normal communication from them.It is important that the various people who run public services and the private companies that have an obligation to provide such information technology—including the new IT such as broadband and the multimedia centres to which Mary Scanlon referred—get together and speak to each other about the best way in which services can be provided.
