An amendment to the Building Standards (Scotland) Regulations was laid in the Scottish Parliament on 14 December 1999, to come into force on 17 April 2000, introducing substantial new provisions to give disabled people access to new dwellings.
The main item on our agenda is consideration of the Licensing (Scotland) Bill at stage 2, but before we proceed to that, item 1 is a declaration of interests. I invite Euan Robson, as a new member of the committee, to declare any relevant interests.
