Also, in its initial response on the issue, the Executive agreed with some of our points. To cut a long story short, it might be better to agree or disagree at a more suitable time on the points that are likely to arise from the changes to the bill.
Before I feel that I can vote for the legislative consent motion, I would like clarification on three points in the Scottish Executive's legislative consent memorandum.
