Edinburgh Royal Infirmary To ask the Scottish Executive what progress is being made with the construction of the new Edinburgh royal infirmary. (S1O-2741) I am pleased to advise that the new royal infirmary of Edinburgh is on schedule for completion in the spring of 2003 and that the project remains within budget.
