We are hoping to discuss the first draft of our stage 1 report on 30 May and approve it the following week, at the latest. That will be in plenty of time for stage 2, which is scheduled for 29 June.I thank the minister and her officials.
The committee will discuss under agenda item 7 how it will proceed after the briefing on the report "Informed to Care—Managing IT to deliver information in the NHS in Scotland".
First, I will throw a different slant on section 7. The section does not compel anybody to buy anything—no money changes hands, except the compensation that Network Rail will have to pay if it acquires the land for the new roads.
