The Scottish Executive can consider applications for Regional Selective Assistance (RSA) towards start-up international air service projects. The Enterprise Network can also consider support towards, for example, marketing of an international air service.
Given the announcement that Low Moss prison is to close on 28 May, can the minister confirm that the Scottish Prison Service will be able to cope with the resultant loss of prison spaces until the new capacity is built and available?
