Individual Learning Account (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (SSI 2004/83) The second agenda item is Executive responses to points that we have raised on a number of instruments.
Members will see that the item is an approach paper, which we have the option of taking in private, but we might take the view that that is not necessary, given that the paper just outlines some brief points on our approach to the budget. Are there any views?

However, it is interesting that the regulations relate to"disabled person's badges issued in Northern Ireland or any member State".In this instance, Northern Ireland gets to issue its own badge, but we do not get to do that.
We cannot come back to the regulations because, owing to the recess, the 40-day rule comes into play. We should make the point. Yes. We will write an informal letter to draw the Executive's attention to the matter.
