Employment policy is reserved to the UK Government, which takes the lead on funding and delivery of the New Deal. In Scotland, it does this in partnership with the Scottish Executive and contributing organisations.Detailed statistics on the participation in, and the outcomes from the New Deal, are published by ethnic origin and gender in the DfEE monthly news release figures at a GB level.
