At this stage, all we need is the information on the timetable. It is probably best to get that from the Executive because the issue involves not only NICE, but the HTBS, as it will do work following the NICE judgment.

I think that the extent of the penalties is best left to the lead committee. That might or might not satisfy those who are involved in whether summary penalties are adequate.
