We have also made it clear that we are prepared to face up to what is now the clamant need of the communities of Fife for a new Forth crossing. And the question?
As I said in my response when the committee was considering the draft budget, if the new rates induce a higher uptake among new entrants, I will clearly need to review the schemes under that part of the budget heading and reallocate funds.
