To summarise, the additional member system gives proportionality but by party because calculating top-up seats is by party. For that reason AMS discriminates against independents.
I am a member of Oxfam, so I very much welcome the campaign. The United Kingdom Department for International Development puts quite a lot of resources into development education in schools, but I am not sure how much of that translates into Scottish education.

The University and Colleges AdmissionsService (UCAS) was not contacted to obtain the information you requested for S2W-25754as they do not release aggregations involving less than six higher educationinstitutions (HEI) without the express permission of the affected member institutionsand therefore would not have released dentistry figures for Scotland.I have asked my officials toapproach UCAS for information to respond to your current question.
