The funding of local advice provision is the responsibility of local authorities. They are best placed to judge competing demands, and therefore best placed to determine what assistance might be appropriate for individual citizens advice bureaux.
You mentioned your experience of the children's hearings system and said that there was no way of addressing the problem of parenting. Do you think that a new court order is the best way of tackling that problem or would you like the children's hearings to be able to impose parenting orders?
