In the light of the recent report on autism in the greater Glasgow area by the National Autistic Society, will the Executive implement some joined-up thinking and utilise communication links to establish a centralised information service? That would mean creating formal links between health services, social work departments and the education authorities, which would enable us to assess more effectively the full range of service provision that is available for carers of sufferers and sufferers of autistic spectrum disorders.
