In common parlance, it seems to me that they had great difficulty in getting to grips with that issue and that no one actually managed to get to grips with it.
I suggest that we take forward the petition and ask for evidence on both sides. I hope that we will be able to get evidence from countries such as New Zealand, where such zones have already been created.
