The mental health and well-being support group is beginning a series of visits around health boards, to help with the implementation of that framework.
I give a special welcome to the delegation from the Petitions and Public Participation Committee of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature of South Africa, which is visiting the Parliament this week and has expressed particular interest in seeing the Public Petitions Committee in operation.
That will allow us not to meet next week, when most members are committing at least one day, if not two, to local government visits. Next week, our scheduled meeting on Tuesday afternoon will clash with a couple of other committees.

To ask the Scottish Executive what strategy it has to encourage visits by cruise liners to Scotland and whether any funding is available for this purpose.
It is a national treasure, as would be the restored Waverley line—a new line for a new nation.The project should be seen as a flagship project for this new Parliament in a new millennium.
