Scottish Budget 2020-21 - Context for Budget 2020-21
With the document being published later than normal, there will now be a truncated period of parliamentary scrutiny and political negotiation as the Government seeks parliamentary support for its tax proposals and Budget Bill in advance of the new financial year.
