Railway safety is a matter reserved to the UK Government. The incident on 26 November which involved the decoupling of a passenger service at Uphall is currently under investigation.
This includes investment in Discretionary Housing Payments (DHPs), the Scottish Welfare Fund, money advice services and Universal Credit Scottish choices.
