Can the First Minister tell us whether a vote for Labour is a vote for new nuclear power stations and whether people who do not want new nuclear power stations should first vote Green?
I, too, congratulate Elaine Murray on securing this very timely debate.The latest figures that I have for the Scottish Borders show that, as a result of Farepak's collapse, at least 378 people have lost a total of just under £100,000.
We are fully engaged with organisations in the public sector in continuing to review new models and new ways of funding. A lot of research is being done on new partnership structures that will involve local authorities much more directly in their projects.
We would also welcome members of the Parliament and others who have attended the CPG on cycling to the new group, and we would endeavour to ensure that cycling issues were addressed as part of the new group's programme of work.
