To ask the Scottish Executive why the River Annan is excluded from the restrictions on fishing without legal right in the Solway in section 26(1) of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Consolidation) Act 2003.
I thank the minister for giving me a copy of his speech as I came into the chamber. We have just heard the latest irresponsible and unsustainable spending commitments of new Labour.
For people who are currently able to get out-of-hours visits from GPs, things in the health service are not, Mr McCabe, getting better; they are getting worse.
