Time for Reflection Welcome to Holyrood. Welcome to the new Scots Parliament. Our first item of business this morning is time for reflection, which is led by one of our new neighbours—the Rev Charles Robertson, minister of the Canongate kirk.
They must be fully involved in designing the working practices to support the new forms of service delivery. I am pleased that staff are increasingly involved in the consultation processes that are taking place in many parts of the country on developing those new services.
