Representations were received in September and October 2002 from a member of the public about parking restrictions imposed at a Hospital during a visit in September 2002 by a member of the Royal Family.
I am delighted that Lewis Shand Smith is with me today, as he takes the lead responsibility in the local government field. He visited all 32 local authorities—I visited almost all of them.
