I imagine that this is the first committee to meet in 2005-06; come to think of it, we are perhaps the first committee to meet every year.I welcome Ken Macintosh to his first meeting as a new committee member. He has replaced Christine May, who has gone to another committee.

A new regulation 4, which removes the provision that was of concern and deals with the committee's concern in relation to regulation 6(e), has been made.
