To ask the Scottish Executive whether it plans to visit Mondragon Workers' Co-operative in order to examine best practice in developing local solutions to local problems.
Local authorities are required to produce green transport plans when there is new build. For example, when a new school is built, a local authority must produce a green transport plan.
I thank the minister for taking part in this debate. It was as new an experience for us as it was for him, but I am sure it will not be the last time it happens.
The letter explains the fact that the new body would not have charitable status under the bill as drafted, but it is the same body that is at issue again, and that concerns me.
