There is an error in the first line in paragraph 4, which should read:"The Committee is asked to consider the points the petition raises."If members have no comments on the paper, do they agree to the suggested approach?
I do not believe that he was suggesting that the Procedures Committee should rush off and start an investigation, but that we should draw the matter to that committee's attention as something that it might like to consider at an appropriate point in its work programme.
