Despite the fact that the campaign has been running for years, the problems of the A9 get no better. In fact, as the latest figures show, they seem to be getting worse.I say to the minister that I understand that the costs of dualling the A9 will be substantial.
The Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 came into force on 26 March and introducedcustodial sentences and new police powers to tackle wildlife crime.The Nature Conservation (Scotland)Bill, currently being considered by Parliament contains further significant measuresto improve protection for Scotland’s wildlife.
